These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Candy Heads website and the purchase of products from Tamada L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us", "our"), registered in the United Arab Emirates under Trade License No. 2306397.01. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Products

Candy Heads sells handmade, 3D-printed candy dispenser products. Each item is crafted to order and may exhibit minor variations in colour or finish — this is characteristic of the 3D-printing process and is not considered a defect.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorisation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Tamada L.L.C-FZ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Tamada L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
