Refund Cancellation Policy

At Candy Heads, operated by Tamada L.L.C-FZ (Trade License No. 2306397.01), we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy is in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production or been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at admin@tamada.agency with your order number.

Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled, as each item is made to order.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, in line with UAE consumer protection regulations, provided the item:

  • Is unused and in its original condition.
  • Has not been modified or damaged after receipt.
  • Is returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, email admin@tamada.agency with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalised orders made to your specific specifications.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
  • Items showing signs of use, post-delivery damage, or missing original packaging.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. Availability is subject to stock.
